Building the Kohen Lineage Registry
Kohen families are submitting paternal-line histories, family traditions, documents, community evidence, and genetic information for careful organization and research.
Your gift helps us receive and preserve these materials, conduct follow-up research, compare supporting evidence, improve the registry, and pursue higher-resolution paternal-line testing where it can meaningfully advance the research.
Put Your Gift to Work
General support gives Igud HaKohanim the flexibility to direct resources to the work where they can be most useful. Here are examples of what gifts at different levels can help make possible.
These amounts illustrate ways gifts can help advance the mission and do not represent fixed per-unit costs. Unless formally restricted, donations are used where they can have the greatest charitable impact.

The Torah View of Giving
The prophet Malachi speaks of blessing connected with properly recognizing the gifts due to the Kohanim and Levi’im:
הָבִיאוּ אֶת כָּל הַמַּעֲשֵׂר אֶל בֵּית הָאוֹצָר… וּבְחָנוּנִי נָא בָּזֹאת, אָמַר ה׳ צְבָאוֹת, אִם לֹא אֶפְתַּח לָכֶם אֵת אֲרֻבּוֹת הַשָּׁמַיִם וַהֲרִיקֹתִי לָכֶם בְּרָכָה עַד בְּלִי דָי.
“Bring the full tithe into the storehouse… and test Me now with this, says the Lord of Hosts, if I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out blessing for you until there is more than enough.”
Giving to support Kehuna is not only a charitable act. It is participation in strengthening a sacred Torah institution in our time and carrying it forward for generations to come.
